Well, one of our projects in Mermaid Beach has hit the market, and luckily we didn’t need to shell out for professional photos — kudos to the real estate agents for capturing some delightful shots of what we like to call a “conservative” design. By conservative, I mean we tailored it for an elderly couple, complete with master ensuited rooms on both levels.

We teamed up with one of our favourite builders, Brendon Sheather, to conjure up yet another “Hamptons-inspired” gem in the narrow streets of Mermaid Beach. Who knew the Hamptons could be so elegantly squeezed into such a tight site? Ah, the wonders of Mermaid Beach!

Looking at what the real estate has put forth, it seems the property remains untouched since completion — though the price has certainly changed. How fortunate for our clients! We did make a few compromises to fit that extra master suite on the ground floor, but hey, it adds flexibility. I’m sure the new owners will settle in without too much drama—after all, what’s a little chaos in paradise?
