TAPESTRY APARTMENTS - Chevron Island - Design Review

This site is impressively spacious for its height, sprawling across three parcels of land. Its scale is rather fitting for the island location—because who doesn’t love towering structures in a seaside paradise? With a total of 83 units, the mix includes 28 two-bed units, 17 two-bed units with MPR (that’s “Multi-Purpose Room” for those who aren’t in the know), and 28 three-bed units. Each unit thoughtfully comes with two basement car spaces—because parking is life—and boasts pool and gym facilities on the top floor for that perfect blend of exercise and leisure.

Surprisingly, the floor plans are relatively well thought out, deviating from the usual cookie-cutter approach that some architects are famous for. Sure, the two-bed units feel a bit snug, but hey, at least one of the three layouts isn’t a total head-scratcher. And speaking of the three-bed units, one comes with a “secret store.” Intrigued? So are we! It certainly sparks some creative speculation about what you could hide away in there.

The design is straightforward, avoiding the mid-floor plate changes that often lead to water ingress issues—at least not from above, anyway. Each level is serviced by two lifts, and the pool level is just high enough to catch a breeze without being a wind tunnel, ensuring you can actually enjoy it without fear of being blown away. So, get ready for some occasional poolside relaxation!

As always, if you want further information or insights to this development, or would like us to recommend some fine tunning to make a layout into your home paradise, please feel free to contact us.
