TAPESTRY APARTMENTS - Chevron Island - Review Update

After a series of “minor” tweaks—because who doesn’t love a good architectural overhaul—this development is finally kicking off. And surprise, surprise, those little changes included adding 30 units and tacking on an additional five stories. What was once a modest 16 levels is now a towering 21. It seems like the architectural team just decided to play a game of “cut and paste.” Here’s hoping they got a pat on the back for their remarkable effort—because we all know such feats often go unnoticed by developers. Fingers crossed!

As for the unit design? Well, brace yourself—there haven’t been many groundbreaking changes. To our dismay, the much-discussed “secret store/panic room” has been scrapped in favour of a decidedly more “vanilla” design. If you’re a buyer, you might find that comforting, but let’s be real: what a missed opportunity for some unique flair! While a closer look reveals a bit more attention to detail in the built-in joinery and layouts, the tweaks remain fairly minor. But hey, who doesn’t love a bit of déjà vu in their home unit design?
