Schematic Design of Proposed Building in response to Client Brief, Site Investigation and Site Analysis (Phase 1).

Present Design Ideas (hand Sketches) and issue to client for comments. Ideas Plan to include Spaces Relationship Planning / Zoning / Layout plan in relation to Site Constraints, Building Constraints, Site Orientation, Privacy, Energy Efficiency, Noise and Access.  Deliverables - Schematic Floor Plans to explain the intended design philosophy.

Gain Approval / Comments.

Resolve design decisions & Formulate Design into CAD / Nominated documentation format, while checking design is fit for purpose.  Incorporate Clients comments.  Design of internal spaces to meet with clients expectations and brief. Layouts and spaces to include main features (Preliminary Furniture Space Planning / Fixed Joinery/ Fixtures) to meet with clients expectations. Provide marked up drawings of proposed Design to Documentation Team.
